CEO Spotlight: Connecting Brands with Consumers Using our Build, Nurture & Grow Concept

Aug 25, 2022
We are social animals, we’ve known this for more than 2000 years when Aristotle said: “Man is by nature a social animal; an individual who is unsocial naturally and not accidentally is either beneath our notice or more than human. Society is something that precedes the individual.”

The world has changed since Aristotle but our innate need for socialization has not. Society has evolved and is still essential to humankind.  I personally admire Zuckerberg's vision and understanding of this principle and for developing a company dedicated to catering to this basic human need in a very innovative way. Humans being social animals, is the basics of why social media has become so essential and engrained in our current society.

Humans have a deep desire for connection that can be fulfilled through different avenues. At NeoSol we always place this basic human need for connection at the forefront of everything we do by building a strong relationship between brand and consumers with our concept of  “Build, Nurture, and Grow”.

There are two steps to this concept: 1. Know your consumer and 2. Continue to engage the consumer. Once we know who the ideal consumer is, we must continue our relationship with them and build a base of loyal customers.   This base of loyal customers, our fan base, needs constant TLC, just like any relationship you want to maintain (friendship, marriage, etc).  There are so many more opportunities now to maintain the relationship and have direct communication with a brand’s consumers. It is all about knowing where they live, play, and shop or knowing when, where, and how to engage with them.

A successful product fulfills its consumer’s needs at a basic level, a successful brand lives in the heart of the consumer while fulfilling a need.  This is an important differentiation when the marketplace has a variety of competitors and options from which the consumer can choose. Here, the relationship between consumer and brand tips the scale instead of relying on price.

The opportunity to have close and direct contact with consumers is a golden opportunity that is the basis to nurture and grow this following of consumers that already use and love your product and human nature want to tell the world how happy they are with their decisions.
