Building Loyalty with the Goya Consumer One Memorable Moment at a Time
Imagine creating your grocery list (whether digital or on paper) and heading to your local grocery store with a plan in mind. As you arrive at the parking lot, you notice something exciting happening right outside the entrance. As you prepare to begin your shopping, with some curiosity, you walk toward the booths that stand right outside the entrance. Instead of making your way inside, you are greeted by a friendly smile and an offer to try a cold and refreshing sample of Goya’s Coconut Water. Deciding to try the sample, you take a moment to enjoy the refreshing taste and learn a bit more about the benefits and uses of the product before walking into the store.
This is what the experience was like for the more than 4,000 consumers who sampled Goya’s Coconut Water when arriving at Ralph’s stores during one of their grand opening events in the last few months. We have been partnering with Goya for some time now in engaging guests at Ralph’s Grand Openings. This year alone we will have completed over 15 parking lot events in the last six months. Based on how many samples have been given out during these events, our demonstrators have engaged with over one consumer per minute. That’s certainly a lot of consumers and a lot of Coconut Water!
